Honestly, I didn’t know what educational system was until a few months ago. I had a question that popped into me frequently. I ask people and their answer would be we study in order to earn money. The next question was why do we earn money? I didn’t ask this question to anyone because I already knew the answer ‘We earn money for the betterment of our life’. What do we get by a better life? It is ‘happiness’. If we aren’t happy with our job, we aren’t having a better life and that means what we earn is wasted. So, from days of thinking and forming hypothesis I wanted to find the problem that makes us choose a job that doesn’t suit us. Then I understood that the problem lies within our educational system.

What is the problem with our “Educational system”?

Nothing is perfect at all but almost everything is fine. Our educational system is far from being fine. I have listed some very important problems:
1. Natural Talents aren’t discovered
2. Not everyone is cared
3. Too little salary for the teachers
4. Teachers are not so qualified

1. Natural Talents aren’t discovered

Not everyone is the same and everyone are different in their unique way. No one can make everyone do the same thing. We have likes and dislikes “One man’s food is another’s poison”. We need to understand this clearly. According to our educational system, students who are good at math or science are only respected. Even if a student is a genius in music or dance he is not praised for his talents but seen as shit.
I have a friend who was not that good at math but was very talented in IT field, he was not admitted at high school. He pleaded, he begged nothing happened. At last he took a private course and is now working in a leading software company. If they had admitted him in High school, he would have achieved even higher.
So, we need to discover natural talents. For that we should change our Educational System.

2.Not Everyone is Cared

Math and science are needed for life.  Everything in this world is developed using science. Every child needs a knowledge about it.

If a child is a slow learner or if he’s different from others, the child is neglected. He is pushed to a corner. All great minds like Albert Einstein and Thomas Alva Edison were different from the world now a days see as an intelligent child. Einstein was a mentally disabled and Edison was a lunatic according to their teachers. Didn’t they succeed? Didn’t they change the world?

Nowadays, teachers are intent on finishing the syllabus. They aren’t doing good to the children. This needs a change. This educational system need a change.

Each and every child should be cared. Their problems should be seen to and their knowledge improved. So, this is a great defect in our educational system.
